Conclusion In summary, the inclusion of misoprostol in the Mifeprex Regimen, outside of the NDA approval process for misoprostol, was unlawful. In order to reverse the extraregulatory approval of misoprostol as an abortifacient, FDA must withdraw its approval of the Mifeprex NDA. D. Mifeprex-Misoprostol Abortions Are Not Safe and calcitriol.
